2026 National Championship Begins Tomorrow Night‼️

The 2026 PKC National Championship begins tomorrow night at the Ken Lake Tennis Center in Aurora, Kentucky. The event begins on Wednesday October 7, 2026 with the first of three (3) qualifying nights. Any dog winning its’ early and late round casts on either Wednesday 10/07/26, Thursday 10/08/26, or Friday 10/09/26 will advance to the Quarterfinals on Saturday 10/10/26. Any dog winning its’ early round cast but failing to advance to the quarterfinals on either qualifying night will receive a cast winner award. This cast winner award may be used to re-enter the following night should the owner choose to do so.

ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED BETWEEN 4 PM AND 6 PM EACH NIGHT ON WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, AND FRIDAY.

Casts will compete under Open Event rules in ninety (90) minute casts on all rounds. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night will use Hunting Judges both early and late. The Semi-Finals will compete under Pro Rules if judges are available and the Final will compete under Pro Rules with Non-Hunting Judges on Saturday night. The final cast will compete for ninety (90) minutes to determine the 2026 National Champion, with the winner receiving $20,000!

QUARTER FINALISTS PICTURES
Individual quarter finalist pictures will be taken between 3 PM and 6 PM on Saturday 10/10/2026. We ask that all Quarter Finalists PLEASE be prompt during this time! ALL QUARTER FINALISTS ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT HIS/HER DOG FOR INDIVIDUAL PICTURES.
