Having no luck finding the Youth Membership Form on the Website.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also, can membership form and birth certificate be sent to
PKC via email?

Is the membership application online referring to “Youth “? I understand that Youth members cost $10 annually and no Pro Hound subscription.. No Youth application is online or I’m missing something..

Same membership form for all. Simply mark application as youth and include a copy of the youth's birth certificate.
