Minutes of Meeting – Hattieville, Arkansas
January 15, 2021
Meeting called to order by President, Danny Raper, with 34 members present. GCH Late Round Rock, owned by Davis/Roberson/Pearson was recognized as the 2020 National Male & Pup Leader. GCH Unknown Daisy, owned by Tedford/Heffington as the 2020 Arkansas State Leader and National Female Leader. GCH LLC Big Blue Octane Allie was recognized as the 2020 Bluetick Breed Leader.
Motion offered and passed to award hoodies to the Top 16. If members want jackets, they will be required to pay the additional cost over the cost of a hoodie.
A discussion and vote was held on selecting the site for the 2021 State Championship with Plainview receiving 24 votes, Monticello received one vote, and Crockett’s Bluff receiving 5 votes. Therefore, the 2021 State Championship will be held at Plainview.
Motion offered by Josh Heflin to adjourn. Motion carried, meeting adjourned.
