The top sixteen (16) will be invited to the Regional Championship elimination the following year. In order for the region of residency of a specific dog to change during the course of a competition season due to a change of ownership, the dog must earn $1 more in PKC Open Event awards after the date of the ownership transfer than it had previously earned in the region of the previous owner. In the event more than one (1) dog is owned by a joint/kennel membership, the state of residency of all dogs owned by the respective joint/kennel membership must be the same. Should the region of residency of the owner of any dog change, the same requirements shall apply.
